Michaelle M. Munger-Dulong served 30 years in the U.S. Army, culminating in senior executive leadership with extensive experience in logistics, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and enterprise-level operations. Throughout her career, she led complex organizations and advised senior leaders on mission execution, organizational effectiveness, and resource alignment. As President and Managing Member, she provides strategic leadership and governance for Land and Sea Advisory Group.

Michael G. Dulong brings extensive operational and executive experience from a career spanning Naval Special Warfare, defense acquisition, program management, and organizational leadership. A DoD Acquisition Professional since 2012, he has supported complex defense programs and advised senior government leaders across the acquisition lifecycle. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads Land and Sea Advisory Group’s client delivery, acquisition advisory, and organizational performance efforts.
